XTB Withdrawal Time: Processing, Bank Delays and Checks

XTB withdrawal time depends on the company holding your account and whether XTB has already sent the payment. Check your withdrawal history first. A request awaiting processing and a transfer travelling through banks need different follow-up questions.

Source check: 12 September 2026. This guide compares XTB’s published UK, Cyprus and International help pages. It is document research, not a withdrawal test or a promise of when your money will arrive.

How long does an XTB withdrawal take?

Use the legal name in your client agreement to select the row below. An English-language website alone does not identify your account provider. Our XTB legal-entity guide explains where to find that name. These three routes do not cover every XTB company or country.

Published withdrawal timing, checked 12 September 2026
Account provider / source XTB processing Arrival at your bank
XTB Limited, UK Before 13:00 GMT on a working day: same day. After that, weekends or holidays: next working day. Typically 1 to 3 working days. The page advises contacting support after 3 working days without receipt.
XTB Limited, Cyprus No later than the next business day after receipt of the request. The cited help page gives no separate bank-arrival estimate.
XTB International Limited, Belize The withdrawal help page says next working day. For USD payments, usually within 7 working days after the accounts department processes the request.

The UK cut-off is published in GMT. Keep that time zone when checking your submission; do not silently replace it with your phone’s local time. The UK page does not expressly define the starting point of its bank-arrival estimate. Ask support to confirm the dispatch date when tracing a delay.

There is also a wording difference on the International site: its account-and-fees page describes same-day or next-business-day dispatch, while the withdrawal help page gives next-working-day processing. Use the more specific withdrawal guidance for planning and ask XTB to confirm the timing for your request.

First withdrawal: check the receiving account

For UK individual accounts, the withdrawal page requires a bank account solely in your name and in your country of residence; it excludes joint and third-party accounts. Its document route asks for a bank-generated PDF statement issued within three months. Expired identification can block the withdrawal option. See the UK withdrawal requirements before resubmitting.

XTB’s separate UK bank-account setup page says statement screenshots are not accepted. It describes an original online PDF or a photograph of a physically delivered statement, and says rejection reasons are emailed to the registered address. The documents accepted in your current verification form should guide your submission.

The Cyprus instructions require adding and verifying the bank account for a first withdrawal, using an online-generated PDF statement and an SMS verification step. The International instructions ask for a statement showing your full name and bank account number.

Read the actual rejection message before uploading another file. Ask which field or document requirement failed. Keep bank documents inside the provider’s authenticated verification process; they do not belong in public reviews or comments.

Withdrawal fees differ between regions

The UK help page states that XTB charges no withdrawal commission, while recipient or intermediary banks may charge. It lists no minimum withdrawal amount. Source: UK withdrawals.

The Cyprus page says withdrawals above €100 have no XTB fee and those below €100 incur €10. It leaves exactly €100 unspecified. Confirm the applicable fee before submitting at that boundary. Its link labelled as the costs table led to the Cyprus homepage during this check, so it did not resolve that detail. Source: Cyprus withdrawals.

The International help page describes a no-fee threshold above US$50, but also lists method-specific charges: Skrill 2%, Neteller 1%, and credit cards 1.5%, with card withdrawals restricted to certain countries. Do not treat the threshold as a blanket fee waiver for every method. The page does not clearly settle the fee at exactly US$50 or every smaller withdrawal. Check your method’s current schedule and the fee shown before confirmation. Source: International withdrawals.

Compare the requested amount, dispatch amount and bank credit separately. If they differ, ask who deducted the charge and in which currency. The forex cost guide helps separate broker charges from payment and conversion costs.

What to do when the money has not arrived

The sequence below is an editorial troubleshooting checklist. It helps you establish what has happened without guessing from a status label.

  1. Save the request date, time zone, amount, currency and reference. Copy the status exactly as displayed and note when you checked it.
  2. If you cannot submit the request, record the error and ask support whether account verification or a document issue is preventing submission.
  3. If the request is awaiting processing, ask XTB whether it has received a complete request and whether anything remains outstanding from you.
  4. If XTB says it sent the money, request the dispatch date, amount, payment reference and any available transfer confirmation. Give those details to your receiving bank through its secure support channel.
  5. If the bank reports a rejection or return, ask both sides for the return reference and current location of the payment. Record their replies together.

A useful support request is specific: “Please confirm whether withdrawal [reference], requested on [date and time zone] for [amount and currency], has been dispatched. If so, please provide the dispatch date and transfer reference. If not, please identify the outstanding requirement and expected next update.” Fill in the brackets only when contacting verified support.

A missed estimate alone does not establish why a payment is delayed. Keep the evidence chronological: request, document submission, provider reply, dispatch confirmation and bank reply. That record is more useful than repeatedly asking whether the payment is still pending.

When to move from support to a formal complaint

If follow-up does not resolve the issue, ask for the complaint procedure belonging to your contracting entity. State the unresolved issue, the dates and the response you want. Do not choose an external complaint body solely from the XTB brand name.

Use our withdrawal complaint email template and evidence list to organise the case. The Complaint & Protection Route Finder is a starting point for checking the relevant route; eligibility still depends on the entity and your circumstances.

This guide cannot see your account, identify the reason for an individual delay or establish a right to compensation. It reports published procedures and offers a way to ask better follow-up questions. Educational information only.
