FXPEDIA360 publishes educational content, broker-verification guides, financial-software comparisons and practical risk tools for retail forex users. This policy explains how we research, review, update and monetise our work.
Our purpose is to help readers make better-documented decisions. We do not promise profits, guarantee that a broker is safe or provide personalised investment, legal or tax advice.
1. Editorial scope and responsibility
Content is published under the FXPEDIA360 Editorial Team name. The team is responsible for topic selection, source review, factual checks, updates and corrections. We do not claim professional licences, trading results or first-hand experience unless these can be documented.
Our editorial priorities are broker identity, regulatory status, account protections, fees, withdrawals, contractual terms, operational risks and the practical questions a retail user should ask before depositing money.
2. Source standards
We prefer primary and official sources wherever they are available. These may include financial-regulator registers, legislation, official broker legal documents, client agreements, fee schedules, product disclosures and company filings.
Secondary sources may help identify a question or provide context, but they should not replace an official source for material claims about licensing, legal entities, regulation or customer protections. A broker’s marketing page is treated as the broker’s own claim, not independent verification.
Important broker checks should identify the exact legal entity, the regulator or register consulted, the source URL and the review date. If the legal entity, licence or website domain cannot be matched with reasonable confidence, the information should not be presented as verified.
3. Broker verification method
FXPEDIA360 does not judge a broker by its brand name alone. Where relevant, our checks examine:
- the legal entity named in the client agreement;
- the regulator and licence or registration status shown in an official register;
- whether the authorised website domain matches the broker website being reviewed;
- the jurisdictions and client types covered by the entity;
- material fees, withdrawal conditions and account restrictions;
- client-money, compensation or dispute arrangements where applicable; and
- material warnings, limitations or unresolved inconsistencies.
The word “verified” means that the stated evidence checks were completed as of the displayed review date. It does not guarantee solvency, fair execution, future conduct, withdrawal approval or investment performance.
4. Review dates and updates
Financial services information can change. Articles that depend on current regulatory or broker information should display a publication or review date. Readers should confirm material details directly with the relevant regulator and the exact contracting entity before acting.
We may update an article when a source changes, a regulator publishes new information, a material error is identified or the article no longer reflects the available evidence. Minor copy edits may not receive a separate change notice; material corrections should be explained clearly.
5. Editorial independence
Commercial relationships do not determine our verification criteria, risk warnings or conclusions. Editorial content should distinguish documented facts, analysis, opinion and unresolved questions. A company is not ranked more favourably merely because it pays a higher commission or offers a partnership.
We aim to present meaningful limitations and risks alongside potential benefits. We do not use unrealistic income claims, guaranteed-return language or pressure readers to trade with real money.
6. Affiliate disclosure
FXPEDIA360 may use affiliate links. If a reader follows an eligible link and completes an action, FXPEDIA360 may receive compensation. Program availability, eligibility and payment terms can vary by provider and country.
An affiliate relationship does not mean that FXPEDIA360 guarantees, endorses or certifies a broker or product. Affiliate links should be disclosed clearly on relevant pages. Where practical, readers should also be able to identify the provider’s normal website and independently verify the legal entity and applicable terms.
Broker ratings, verification outcomes and warnings must not be changed to protect an affiliate relationship. We may publish critical findings about a commercial partner and may decline or end a partnership that conflicts with these standards.
7. AI-assisted work
AI-assisted tools may support research organisation, drafting, translation, formatting or quality checks. They are not treated as authoritative sources. Material claims—especially regulatory, legal, fee and safety claims—must be checked against appropriate sources before publication. Publication decisions remain the responsibility of the FXPEDIA360 Editorial Team.
8. Corrections and reader feedback
Readers, brokers and software providers may request a correction or submit a more recent primary source. A request should identify the page, disputed statement, exact legal entity where relevant and supporting source URL. We evaluate the evidence rather than the commercial status of the requester.
To report an error, request a source update or ask about a partnership, use our Contact page. Do not send passwords, payment details or brokerage credentials.
9. Educational-use and risk notice
FXPEDIA360 content is general educational information. It is not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice and should not be the sole basis for selecting a broker or making a trade. Forex and leveraged products can cause substantial losses. Demo or paper trading may be used to test a process without committing real funds.
